SITOP PSE200U 3 A NEC Class 2 Selectivity module 4-channel input: 24 V DC/12 A output: 24 V/4x 3 A NEC class 2 threshold value adjustable 0.5-3 A with status message for each output *Ex approval no longer available* The SITOP PSE200U selectivity module is the optimal addition to all 24 V power supplies for distributing and monitoring the load current across several branch circuits. Overload and short-circuit in one or more feeders are reliably detected. The electronics tolerate short-term current peaks, e.g. due to high inrush current, and de-energize feeders with longer overload. This is ensured even on high-resistance cables and for short-circuits that develop slowly over time. The intact feeders continue to be supplied with 24 V without any interruption or disturbance, thereby minimizing plant downtimes. The faulty channel is signaled using LEDs and a single channel signal. For their evaluation, free function blocks are available for SIMATIC S7, STEP 7 and TIA Portal as well as SIMOTION CPUs with SIMOTION SCOUT. The outputs meet the requirements of NEC Class 2.
